What is a DIY Sale?
You have great stuff – but not enough of it to justify us doing a full-blown sale. DIY sales are done by you, and Estate of Value will coach and provide needed tools.

How Does EOV Help?
Estate of Value will provide -

  • 5 tables, boards, riser cans. If available, you may also use our signs. You are responsible for picking up and returning items to EOV within three days of your completed sale.
  • Advice on setup and strategy for selling. If your sale covers two days, I will assist with Day Two pricing.
  • Pricing Assistance - You complete your sale setup, and EOV will provide up to 6 hours of pricing assistance. Additional pricing available $30 per hour.
  • Marketing Assistance - EOV will write and place newspaper ads – you will pay for the ads.
  • Exposure! EOV will promote your sale on our Facebook page, on EOV's Craiglist account, and on Leanne's personal Facebook page. We will also list the sale in our e-newsletter.
  • Referrals to people who may come pick up donations.
  • Onsite staffing help when available.

DIY Fee?
EOV charges package prices between $650 and $2000, depending on the physical size and complexity of the sale and our estimate of gross sales. Once we visit with you we can provide an exact quote.
