  • EOV does not pre-sell items.
  • We do not release prices prior to the sale.
  • There is no public restroom available at the sale!
  • We accept cash, checks with proper ID and management approval, as well as VISA, Mastercard, Discover credit/debit cards
  • You must bring your own equipment and your own helpers to move and load the items you purchase.
  • Your bid is a legal contract. If you are the winning bidder for something in our estate sales, we expect you to pay for it and pick it up.
  • Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
  • No pets are allowed on the premises except service animals.
  • No food, beverages or smoking allowed on the premises…seriously folks!
  • We prosecute shoplifters and post your info on social media!
  • All sales are final!
  • Please do NOT contact us with unsolicited services or offers.
  • There is a $25 dollar service fee for returned checks.
